Tato evropská norma specifikuje metodu kontinuálního průtoku (CF) pro stanovení obsahu dusičnanů v zelenině a zeleninových výrobcích při obsahu dusičnanů od 900 mg/kg do 5200 mg/kg, jako dusičnanový ion.
POZNÁMKA - Zkušenosti ukazují, že metoda může být použita pro zeleninu a výrobky ze zeleniny, u kterých je obsah dusičnanů vyšší než 50 mg/kg, počítáno jako dusičnanový ion
