Anotation

The Panel of Structural Experts (PoSE) requires UIC Leaflet 776-3 "Deformation of bridges", Ed. no. 1 , January 1989, to be "frozen".
The content of UIC Leaflet 776-3 is completely covered by EN 1990 A2, thus any further revision of the leaflet seems obsolete for the European members.
The request to freeze the document has been approved by the Working Group and the Rail System Forum.

Die Arbeitsgruppe PoSE (Panel of Structural Experts) beantragt, das UIC-Merkblatt Nr. 776-3 "Brückenverformungen" einzufrieren.
Der Inhalt dieses Merkblatts ist komplett durch die EN 1990 A2 abgedeckt, und damit erübrigt sich dessen Überarbeitung für die europäischen Mitglieder.
Die Arbeitsgruppe und das Rail System Forum stimmten diesem Antrag zu.
