Anotácia

This IRS:
- defines the term "exceptional consignment" and
- "regulates the approval and authorisation procedure between one or several railwayundertakings (RUs)/infrastructure managers (IMs)/railways.
It is binding for all UIC railway undertakings involved in the international carriage of exceptionalconsignments.
Individual RUs and/or IMs may also conclude agreements with one another that deviate from theprovisions of this document. This only applies for the exceptional consignments referred to in thisIRS and only for the carriage of consignments between the contractual partners.
The regulations pertaining to the carriage of exceptional consignments on railways with a trackgauge of 1520 mm will be integrated into this IRS once the content has been coordinated andagreed with the OSJD.Name:
Außergewöhnliche Sendungen - Bestimmungen für die Planung und Behandlung von außergewöhnlichen Sendungen|Diese IRS - definiert den Begriff "Außergewöhnliche Sendung (aS)" und - regelt das Zustimmungs- und Genehmigungsverfahren (ZuG) zwischen ein oder mehrerenEisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen (EVU) / Eisenbahninfrastrukturunternehmen (EIU) / Bahnen. Es ist für alle UIC Eisenbahnunternehmen verbindlich, die an der Beförderung von aS beteiligt sind. Einzelne EVU und/oder EIU können miteinander auch abweichende Vereinbarungen abschließen.Das gilt nur für die in dieser IRS genannten aS und gegenseitige Beförderungen unter denVertragspartnern. Die Regelungen hinsichtlich aS mit den Eisenbahnen der Spurbreite 1520 mm wird in diese IRSintegriert, sobald der Inhalt mit der OSJD vereinbart und abgestimmt ist.
