Anotace

This technical report is intended as a brief tutorial on transmission techniques, equipment and protocols in view of their use in telecontrol systems. It is thus intended as a guide to orient those using the standards defined in the series of IEC 60870-5 and 60870-6. Ce rapport technique est destine a constituer des instructions resumees sur des techniques, les materiels et les protocoles de transmission en vue de leur utilisation dans des systemes de teleconduite. Il est donc destine a guider les utilisateurs des normes definies dans la serie de publications CEI 60870-5 et CEI 60870-6.
